Blepharoplasty

DROOPY EYELIDS/PTOSIS

Droopy eyelids are caused by a medical condition known as Ptosis.  Ptosis occurs when the upper eye lid or eye brow drops and decreases peripheral vision.  Cosmetic or medical necessary surgical procedures can be used to resolve Ptosis.  When impairing vision, ptosis can be corrected as a medical claim through various surgical techniques.  Dr. Dennis Reiter is a fellowship trained Oculoplastic Surgeon with a deep history of Ptosis repair techniques.

BLEPHAROPLASTY (EYELID SURGERY)

Ptosis can also be caused by the excess of unwanted skin or fat weighing down the lid margin.  Not typically covered by insurance, blepharoplasty repair involves the surgical removal of the unwanted skin or fat.  Upper and lower lid blepharoplasty can help a patient achieve a more youthful and rejuvenated facial appearance.

Visione360 is pleased to be the first facility in El Paso to offer a non-invasive, no down time, anti-aging treatment.  Ultherapy® is a revolutionary anti-aging treatment that lifts, tightens, and tones loose skin to counteract the effects of time and gravity.  Ultherapy, which was recently FDA approved for the neck and chin line, harnesses your body’s natural processes in order to build new collagen. Collagen is a naturally produced protein which is responsible for the elasticity of your skin. The treatment combats one of the most dreaded signs of aging, which is sometimes known as “turkey neck”. With just one Ultherapy treatment, the lifting process is initiated, but the effect will build gradually over the course of two to three months as new, stronger collagen is created. Further improvements can appear up to six months following the procedure, as the collagen-building process continues to lift the skin.
